Firala Electric is a company specializing in high, medium, and low voltage electrical networks as well as solar installations. The project team manages national and international projects for the design, maintenance, and modernization of electrical installations.
Your role
Reporting to the Technical Director, and working within a team of 10, you will manage design and modernization contract projects at client sites from the initial study phase to final delivery, while adhering to quality standards, deadlines, and budgets. You will interact with and manage all stakeholders to ensure overall client satisfaction.
Your main tasks
Project management: Supervise and coordinate all phases of electrical projects (studies, sizing, procurement, installation).
Planning and monitoring: Develop schedules, allocate resources and monitor project progress.
Team management: Lead and motivate technical teams (electricians, engineers, technicians) to achieve project objectives.
Customer relations: Maintain regular contact with customers and partners to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Compliance with standards: Ensure compliance with current safety and quality standards (NFC 15-100, NFC 13-200, NFC 13-100, SENELEC).
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress, risks, and necessary adjustments.
Responding to calls for tenders: Drafting bids, consulting suppliers and consolidating the technical file
Your profile
Education: Electrical engineer, electrotechnical engineer or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing electrical projects (HV/LV), in the infrastructure or energy sector.
Your skills
Technical skills: Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, SEE Electrical, etc.), calculation tools (CANECO, ETAP).
Management: Leadership, good communication skills and organizational skills.
Languages: Fluent French and Wolof, proficiency in English would be an asset.
Additional assets: Knowledge of renewable energies (solar) and experience in international project management.
