Firala Electric is a company specializing in high, medium, and low voltage electrical networks as well as solar installations. The Site Manager oversees the execution of our projects on-site.
Votre rôle
Rattaché au Chef de projet, au sein d’une équipe de 10 personnes vous assurer au quotidien l'organisation générale d'un chantier, ou d'une partie de celui-ci selon son importance, en veillant au respect des plans, des normes de sécurité et des délais. De même que contrôler et coordonner le travail des équipes, les soutenir en leur apportant conseils et assistance, et tenir à jour le planning d'avancement des travaux.
Your main tasks
Work supervision: Organize and coordinate teams on the construction site to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Resource management: Plan and manage the materials, tools, and equipment needed for each phase of the project.
Quality monitoring: Ensure that the work complies with the execution plans, technical standards (HV/LV) and safety instructions.
Team management: Supervise and motivate teams of technicians and subcontractors in the field.
Coordination with stakeholders: Collaborate with the Project Manager, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that work progresses within the allotted timeframe.
Administrative management of the construction site: Keeping site documents up to date (daily report, progress reports, meeting minutes) and participating in site meetings.
Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards on the construction site and make sure that all teams follow the protocols.
Your profile
Education : Vocational Baccalaureate in electricity, electrotechnics or equivalent. A higher diploma (BTS/DUT) would be an asset.
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the field of electricity (HV/LV), with solid experience in team management.
Your skills
Technical skills : In-depth knowledge of electrical installations (HV/LV), reading of electrical plans, and mastery of site tools and technologies.
Managerial : Good ability to lead teams, solve problems and ensure coordination between different stakeholders.
Languages : French and Wolof.
License : Driver's license required for mobility on the various construction sites.
